On Sunday, 26th April 2026, following Service ZERO, we will have our Annual General Meeting.
Our Annual General Meeting is an important and encouraging moment in the life of our church, and we would love everyone to be there.
The AGM is a chance to gather as a community, to share stories and updates from the past year, and to reflect on all that has been happening in the life of our church and wider community. We will also hear key updates on church activities and finances.
This year, we are seeking new members for the PCC, as well as a new treasurer and a churchwarden. These are important roles, but they are also open and accessible ways to serve, and we would love you to consider whether God might be calling you to be part of this.
If you are curious, interested, or would simply like to know more, please do get in touch or come and have a chat on a Sunday.
As we look ahead to the AGM, please take a moment to consider how you might play your part in the life of Saint Laurence.
The meeting will take place after Service ZERO on Sunday 26 April, beginning at 3.30 pm.
TO VOTE AT THE AGM
In order to vote at the AGM, you will need to be on the electoral roll for Saint Laurence. The electoral roll has nothing to do with local government or politics; rather, it is the name given to our church membership. If you have been added to the roll in the past two years, you will not need to be re-added. However, if you are new to the church or have not completed an electoral roll form in the past two years, you will need to complete a new one following the link below.
The deadline to be added to the 2026 electoral roll is Sunday, 12th April 2026.
